As many of you know, SB 28 /SJR 75 were the 88th Texas Legislature’s headline water bills, and have resulted in a constitutional amendment (Prop 6) that will be on the ballot on November 7th to create the Texas Water Fund. As leaders in the field, we want to make sure you feel equipped to talk about what the Texas Water Fund is, what it would do, and what comes next.
