Investing in the next generation of water leaders
Texas’ population is expected to more than double over the next 50 years, and our water demand is set to increase with it. Now more than ever, Texas needs to equip the next generation of water leaders with the skills to lead us into a sustainable future.
In 2019, Texas Water Foundation launched the Carole Baker Water Leadership Institute with two programs. The Texas Water Leaders Program is a leadership program for current water professionals stepping into positions of leadership. Water Fluency is a leadership program for non water decision makers, such as elected officials and business leaders. Learn more about each program below.
