Texas Water Day at the Capitol Was a Success!

Austin, TX. March 13, 2019 – Over a 100 people attended Texas Water Day at the Capitol. We were extremely pleased to have a diversity of professionals interested in learning more about water in Texas. 

The symposium brought over 13 speakers who have expertise on various water issues ranging from Texas water policy to Aquifer Storage Recovery to Education and Outreach. Check out the 2019 program.

We were also fortunate to have over 10 water organizations from all over the state who set up information booths to educate visitors on groundwater, drinking water, water conservation, and sustainable agricultural best practices. 

We are thankful to all who came out to support the Texas Water Foundation.
